   Competitive pricing, sample execution, and delivery schedules, together with factory qualification against Decathlon’s manufacturing, technical quality, and social compliance standards.

   Result

   The SLAB project was transferred from China to Bangladesh, and the factory achieved full Decathlon qualification.

2. Project 02

   Arrow Footwear Ltd.

   Greenfield Footwear Factory Setup

   Situation

   A new footwear manufacturing facility at Arrow Footwear Ltd., taken from setup through operational launch.

   Role

   General Manager (Operations), Arrow Footwear Ltd. · Aug 2023 – Feb 2025

   Execution

   End-to-end setup of production, technical, and quality management systems, plus cross-functional sample development and technical approvals.
